Vice Chancellor of the World University of Bangladesh
Success and achievement of everyone should be appreciated. Students who have passed the Edexcel and IGCSE (Cambridge International) examinations are an integral component of this society. They are also key change makers of this nation. Considering their success, we the World University of Bangladesh in partnership with the Daily Sun, have moved to congratulate them for their accomplishment in the examinations.
An appreciation is a built in perception and feeling which would further a candidate to make miracles in life. We, therefore, as an institution of higher learning and research share the same ideologies with that of the Daily Sun, who themselves are committed to knowledge building and dissemination. Our efforts for bringing all the O’ and A’ Level students in one platform is an assimilation of our thoughts in order to express our gratitude for good academic accomplishments.
I wish the best for all these students.

The Editor of the Daily Sun
It is our great pleasure to announce that the Daily Sun and the World University of Bangladesh
are going to accord a reception to the students who excelled in the last O Level and A Level examinations.
We, at the Daily Sun, believe that the society has a responsibility to recognise any outstanding
performance of anyone, especially in the field of education, and the reception we have planned is
our simple but sincere efforts to this end. We have the conviction that our efforts will encourage
numerous other students to strive to perform better.
We are very happy to have with us an institution like the World University of Bangladesh
in our efforts to honour the brightest boys and girls, who, we believe, will once take the
helm of the country, lead her in a better way and contribute greatly to her development and to the society.
To us, these efforts are just the beginning. We wish not only to continue this programme
but also to expand it to cover students of other branches of education in future.
